Shipping fees are based on:

  • Express Delivery: 3 working days

  • Priority Delivery: 2 working days

Note: Certain options may not be available for remote or restricted regions.

Orders Up to 25kg

  • Delivered via a trusted courier service

  • Secure packaging to ensure safe transit

  • Delivery date selection is required at checkout

Orders Over 25kg

  • Shipped via freight courier or pallet delivery service

  • May require pallet truck offloading – please prepare space for delivery

  • Delivery date must be selected during checkout

Important Delivery Terms

  • Delivery Days: Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays)

  • Order Cut-Off: Orders placed before 1 PM qualify for same-day processing. Orders placed after 1 PM are processed the next working day.

  • Additional Charges: Some postcodes (e.g., remote or offshore areas) may incur extra fees. These will be shown at checkout.

Missed Delivery & Redelivery

If you miss a scheduled delivery:

  • The courier may attempt redelivery

  • In some cases, packages will be held at a local depot or collection point

  • Additional charges may apply for repeated delivery attempts
