At Luggage & Latitude, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If you're not fully satisfied, you may be eligible for a return and refund in accordance with the terms below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • You must notify us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order to request a return.

  • Once approved, you have 14 additional calendar days to return the item(s).

  • Only stock items are eligible for return. Customized or special orders are non-returnable.

  • Items must be returned in unused, original condition with all packaging intact.

How to Request a Return

  1. Complete the Return Form available on our website.

  2. Returns must be sent to our designated return center (not our head office).

  3. Our support team will contact you with return or collection details after your request is received.

  4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You may be asked to arrange your own courier if more cost-effective.

  5. Items returned without prior approval or not meeting our return standards will not be refunded.

Refund Conditions

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

  • Items must pass inspection before a refund is issued.

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

  • If paid via Credit/Debit Card, refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Items returned in used, damaged, or incomplete condition

  • Products returned outside the allowed return window

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
