Terms & Conditions – Luggage & Latitude

  • Cooling-off Period: The period within which the consumer may exercise their right of withdrawal.

  • Day: A calendar day.

  • Duration Contract: A distance contract relating to the regular supply of goods or services over time.

  • Durable Medium: A tool (e.g., email or downloadable file) that enables a consumer to store information for future reference.

  • Right of Withdrawal: The consumer’s right to cancel a distance contract within the cooling-off period.

  • Entrepreneur: Luggage & Latitude, the online provider of travel accessories and bags.

  • Distance Contract: An agreement made remotely via an online platform or digital communication.

  • Remote Communication Techniques: Any method used to conclude a contract without physical presence.

  • General Terms and Conditions: These current terms governing the agreement between Luggage & Latitude and the consumer.


Article 2 – Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all offers, transactions, and distance contracts between Luggage & Latitude and the consumer.

The terms will be provided before or during the checkout process. If unavailable, they can be shared electronically or upon request, free of charge.

In the case of conflicting conditions, the most favorable terms for the consumer will prevail.

Article 5 – The Contract

A contract is formed when the consumer accepts an offer and completes the stated conditions.

For electronic transactions, confirmation of acceptance will be provided digitally.

We reserve the right to cancel or impose conditions on any order, with reasoning provided if an order is declined.

All transactions are secured using industry-standard encryption and payment technologies.


Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

  • Consumers have 14 days from receiving their order to cancel without providing a reason.

  • To withdraw, a written notice (email or form) must be sent within this period.

  • Products must be returned in original, unused condition, including packaging and accessories.

  • Return shipping costs are the consumer’s responsibility.


Article 7 – Refunds

  • Upon receiving returned goods or valid proof of return, refunds will be processed within 14 days.

  • Open-ended contracts can be terminated by the consumer with 30 days' notice.

  • Fixed-term contracts will not automatically renew unless explicitly agreed.


Article 12 – Payment

  • Payment must be completed at checkout unless otherwise agreed.

  • Consumers are required to report errors in billing promptly.

  • Accepted payment methods will be clearly displayed at checkout.

  • Complaints must be submitted within 7 days of discovering a defect via email or contact form.

  • We will respond within 14 days, or inform the consumer if additional time is needed.

  • Valid complaints will be addressed via replacement, repair, or refund—at no cost to the consumer.
